In November 2020 we completed an extension and built an external Visitor Centre to provide a safe secure area for visits during COVID-19 pandemic.

My Care Home Company has been providing Care Services to the local community since 1990.

Whilst my team has changed over the years, we have built up an excellent relationship with the Local Authority Social Services departments and have consistently delivered a successful care service to the local community

Karen Cowen became the new CQC Registered Manager at St Anne's in July 2021.

At the time of CQC last inspection in May 2021 St Anne's did not have a CQC Registered Manager and was operating under an Interim Manager.

She is a very experienced Care Home Manager and is overseeing our current development & improvements. She has set up a new Management team and she has implemented all the CQC recommendations following the previus CQC Inspection rating.

We have recently been audited by Luton Council and the outcome was GOOD

St Anne's aims to be more than just a residential care home for those living with us. We hope that our service provides reassurance to relatives and next of kin for those that we care for.

We hope our Service Users feel happy and at home here

Please note that during the COVID-19 crisis we had 100% success in managing the health of our Service Users with our Infection Control measures. We built an external Visitor Centre in November 2020 to ensure that Service Users have contact with their relatives in a safe environment at all times.
