On behalf of myself and all the family I want to thank you so much for having Mum to live at St Anne's-the love, care and respect she was shown was truly amazing and we are so pleased she was able to spend her last few months surrounded by people who loved her. The staff all went the extra mile to make her welcome and comfortable.
S.N. (Social Worker, Luton Borough Council);
Donna (Manager) is very good at ensuring the clients needs are met. Staff work in a person centre way & treat the clients with dignity & respect.
When placing a client at St Annes I know that Donna & staff will do their utmost to ensure that the client is happy when staying here & that professionals will find care & paperwork is to an excellent standard.

My Dad moved into St Annes from another Care Home in May 2019. When he came he had been bed bound for many months & was unable to weight bare. Now, he is up every single day & he is able to walk again, he is clean, happy & has never had a day in bed. The staff are lovely. I am very happy with his care.
C.L. (District Nurse Sister)
Your staff give great care, better than most in the town.
Unfortunately this is not reflected in the fabric of the building. It looks tired & uncared for.
PLEASE NOTE;
Since these comments we have started a refurbishment programme and the results have received much praise
'THANK YOU' for looking after our dear Aunty B over the last year. You have all been absolutely splendid.
To all at St. Anne's. Thanks for making me so welcome. I had a lovely time with you and hope to stay with you again. Love from V. (Thank You card from a respite resident)
The family of LN would ike to thank all the staff for the excellent care you have given L whilst in your care. It was great comfort and relief to us all knowing she was well looked after to the end. (Thank You card)
We just wanted to say a few words to express how grateful we are for the care and compassion that you gave Mum over the past eight months. You have also been a great support to the family and made us feel very welcome every time we came to St. Anne's. (Family letter)
Many thanks to the dear angels that come in the disguise of the staff at St. Anne's Care Home. Who gave care and kindness for the nine years my mother JS lived there. (Family letter published in the Luton News 2015)
Thank you everyone for the care and support that you gave to mum during her stay at St. Anne's. You are all very special people and I will never forget your kindness and dedication. (Family letter)
Thank you very much for looking after OB for another year and for all the loving care she gets. (family card)
Your staff gave uncle J far more than care, they spoke to him listened to him, encouraged his mixing with other residents, encouraged his performances on a drum pad and he soon appeared healthier, happier and more like the uncle I once knew. Over the months your staff gave him his character back. I could not let his passing go without thanking the staff. I commend to you not just their professionalism but their kindness and humanity to my uncle throughout his stay. (Family letter)
Many thanks for all the love & care you showed Dad during his time at St Anne's. We'll still pop in and visit
